A yoga strap or a scarf, tie, dressing gown cord
A prayer cushion or a stack of cushions or sit on a chair
As much as you can try and carve out time and space for yourself for your practice.
Dim the lights, light a candle, waft your favourite scent!
Anything that makes your time on the mat feel best for you.
